    John R. Varsames is a seasoned Real Estate Development Professional and licensed General Contractor in Florida with over 30 years experience. He is a Florida licensed Home Inspector and Community Association Manager.  He is joined by Drew Bavaria, project engineer, and Jerry Phillips, master of all trades. 


    Our portfolio includes a diverse assortment of tenant fit-ups, restaurants, supermarkets, office remodels, retail stores, walk-in coolers / freezers, and much more! Over the past 21 years  we have remodeled countless condominiums and single-family residences in the Bonita Springs, FL area.  We specialize in the Design Build Process, bringing interior designers, architects, and engineers together to bring your vision to life.

    The Construction Managers, Inc holds both General Contraction CGC1515995 and Home Inspection Licenses H15945 with the state of Florida. We work hard to ensure each project is compliant with both state and county standards.  We also hold a Community Association Manager License CAM51598, allowing us to manage and support HOAs and condo associations.
