John R. Varsames is a seasoned Real Estate Development Professional and licensed General Contractor in Florida with over thirty years of diverse experience. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry make him a valuable member of our team at The Construction Managers Inc. 

In addition to his experience as a General Contractor, John is also a Florida-licensed Home Inspector and Community Association Manager. His wide range of skills and qualifications enable him to provide top-quality services to our clients.

John and his family have been residents of Naples since 1999, and he is deeply committed to the community. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family and golfing around Southwest Florida. His dedication to his work and his community makes him an integral part of our team at The Construction Managers Inc.

Dhruv (Drew) Bavaria

Project Engineer

Dhruv “Drew” Bavaria is a highly experienced and knowledgeable member of our team at The Construction Managers Inc. 

Drew earned his Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and has been working with us for almost four years. During his time with the company, Drew has proven himself to be an invaluable asset, skillfully handling a wide range of responsibilities. His primary duties include estimation, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, inspections, and addressing daily on-site issues. 

Drew’s ability to manage complex projects and ensure their successful completion makes him an integral part of our team. His dedication to delivering top-quality results has helped us build a reputation for excellence in the industry.
